A professional career dedicated to visualizing ideas has laid the foundation for Per Anders Hovbom's work as an author. He is planning to write an entire series of books for children and adults, with the potential to also be adapted into films. Exciting, whimsically imaginative yet reality-based backstories are always the starting point of his writing, often inspired by real-life experiences from Per Anders' own surroundings.
Mario the Moray's Secret is the first story in the planned series Kim & Artur's Collected Adventures. The illustrated chapter book is perfect for adults and children aged 6 and up. And the picture book version is suitable for children aged 3 and up. The series' oldest reader is soon to turn 95.
Kim & Artur's Collected Adventures follows tales centered around the peculiar tenants of a mysterious tall building, where friends Kim and Artur repeatedly find themselves drawn into thrilling adventures.
Per Anders' vision is to entertain both children and adults in diverse and engaging ways. His goal is to create an entire series of captivating books about Kim & Artur's Collected Adventures. The manuscript for the second book, Countess Karla's Magic Tricks, is complete. Additional synopses have been developed, and many more ideas for future books in the series are already in the works.
